Admission usually begins approx. 1 hour before the start of the show. The time stated on the ticket is always the scheduled start of the show. Please contact the respective venue for exact information. After the start of the performance, admission is only possible with reservations.

Please note that photography and filming is strictly prohibited during the performance. If unauthorised recordings are made, the theatre staff will be instructed to delete them.

The duration of the show is 2 hours and 30 minutes including a 20-minute break.

A security check may be carried out at the entrance. The security service is instructed by the organiser to carry out searches of clothing and bags if necessary. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission for good cause (against reimbursement of the ticket price). The admission ticket entitles the holder to one visit to the event stated on the ticket. The ticket loses its validity upon leaving the venue.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
(According to § 5, paragraph (9) of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of ATG Ticketing & Sales GmbH and the ATG production companies for the purchase of tickets by the organiser (Event GTC), children under the age of 3 are not permitted to enter the theatre).
